Pump House Records is a forward-thinking artist development collective offering A&R, promotion, and other label services to its clientele. Launched in Nashville by a creative team that includes three-chart topping songwriters, the label was co-founded by country star Lee Brice, hit songwriter Rob Hatch, producer/engineer/songwriter Elisha Hoffman, veteran entrepreneurs Derek & Kristi Hutchins.

The Pump House name is a reference to the makeshift recording studio that Lee constructed in a church camp shed during his teenage years, while working as a counselor at a South Carolina church youth camp with childhood friend and lifelong collaborator Nick Norman. Appropriately, Norman’s LP served as Pump House Records’ first project, featuring production and co-writing contributions from the organization’s three creative heads — Lee, Rob, and Elisha — as well as Nick’s show-stealing vocals, whose songs bring humor, heart, groove, and soulful swagger to the country genre.
